EDITOR

Hands-down the tastiest book I've worked on, I helped write and edit this cookbook published by the Greek Philoptochos Society of the Assumption of the Theotokos Cathedral in Denver, CO. Drawing on cultural and historical research, the project deepened my connection to my Greek roots and reignited a love for cooking and cooking with love. The book has sold nearly 10K copies to date and remains a popular vehicle for fundraising during the Denver Greek festival.
